Mandy is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Registered Social Worker and a Canadian Certified Counsellor and holds a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology.

Mandy is also a Level 1 Practitioner at the SensiMotor Institute, and is trained in Somatic Attachment, Narrative, CBT, DBT, Interpersonal Neurobiology, as well as an EMDR therapist.
