Direct Billing Direct billing is available for CVAP, ICBC, FNHA, PBC, Canada Life, Sun Life and others. Please provide your billing information when prompted on the intake form.

Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee, except in the case of illness, emergency, or other extenuating circumstances.
